Lawyer in the Financial Regulatory Practice

We are looking for a person to join our Financial Regulatory practice to provide comprehensive legal advisory services relating to M&A transactions and regulatory issues to national and international financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, brokerage houses, pension funds, and asset management companies.

Requirements:

• a university degree in law;
• at least one year after completing law studies;
• a fluent knowledge of civil and commercial law;
• interested in financial sector regulatory matters, the ability to analyse Polish and EU regulatory issues, and a willingness to develop professionally in this field;
• any work experience in this field would be an asset;
• a fluent, practical command of spoken and written English, with a special focus on legal terminology;
• very good communication skills, and a keen ability to think analytically and logically;
• very good organisational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, an ability to meet deadlines and a heightened sense of accountability;
• teamworking skills, an ability to work under pressure and a high degree of availability; and
• strong interpersonal skills.
