Daniel Sieradzki is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
Experience and education:
He specialises in advising in connection with court proceedings, including proceedings concerning commercial and civil law matters, as well as providing services to business entities. His experience includes advising in connection with complex commercial, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, he gained experience in the areas of commercial company law, civil proceedings and consumer services.
In 2024, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Lazarski University in Warsaw, during which he also contributed to the activities of the student law clinic and was awarded a rector’s scholarship.
