Mikołaj Kuterek is an associate in the technology department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the FinTech & ICT Regulations team.
Experience and education:
A specialist in new technology law and financial sector regulations, Mikołaj has in particular advised clients on matters concerning IT outsourcing, cloud services, data, AI and cybersecurity.
In addition, he has experience in providing assistance and advising in connection with the implementation of IT solutions, assisting entities with ensuring they meet the requirements under the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and providing compliance advice to banks, insurance companies, investment funds, crypto-asset service providers, and cloud service providers.
Mikołaj is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
