Tomasz Wieczorek, an advocate, tax advisor and an associate in the tax department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in tax law, he has advised clients from the financial services industry (FSI) on the taxation of their ongoing activity as well as on specific transactions. He has significant experience in conducting tax reviews, preparing tax opinions and providing support in the course of tax proceedings, as well as providing tax advisory services related to corporate income tax law issues, and VAT taxation on financial and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the law firm, he worked for two of the Big4 accounting firms in their tax departments.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun in 2016 and completed the International and European Legal Studies Programme (IELSP) at the University of Antwerp, Belgium in 2016. He qualified as an advocate and as a tax advisor in 2021.
