Żaneta Napora

Żaneta Napora is an advocate, a senior associate and a member of the employment and personal taxation practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and Education:

She specialises in employment and social security law, and provides clients with ongoing advice on personal income tax matters. She advises employers on day-to-day issues related to the hiring of employees, assists with the preparation of internal labour law regulations and supports clients in connection with the labour law aspects of M&A transactions. In her previous practice, she has advised entities operating in, among others, the leasing and automotive sectors. She has represented clients in court and administrative proceedings, including disputes with the Social Insurance Institution. She has also supported employers in matters related to employee remuneration subsidies granted based on COVID-19 regulations.

In 2016, she graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law, and Administration at the Catholic University of Lublin. She qualified as an advocate in 2020.
