Paulina Kumkowska

Paulina Kumkowska is an attorney-at-law, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Life Sciences practice.

Experience and education:

She specialises in pharmaceutical law, with a special focus on wholesale and retail. She advises entrepreneurs operating in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, product and food markets including manufacturers, wholesale distributors and pharmacy chains. 

Paulina has extensive experience in handling transactions in the healthcare sector. She advises Entrepreneurs, from a regulatory perspective, in connection with due diligence reviews, company acquisitions, acquisitions of organised parts of the enterprise, and restructuring.

She represents clients in proceedings before administrative authorities (including the Pharmaceutical Inspectorate) as well as common and administrative courts. Paulina has experience in supporting pharmaceutical companies in medical product liability cases.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law. She was entered on the list of attorneys-at-law of the Warsaw Bar Association in 2018. As of 2019, she is a lecturer at postgraduate studies “Management in the pharmaceutical sector”, organised by the Lazarski University.
