Natan Fischer

Natan Fischer is a trainee advocate and an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions team.

Experience and education:

A specialist in corporate law, he has advised clients on M&A, private equity deals, joint venture transactions, including complex cross-border and multijurisdictional deals, and corporate governance matters, as well as performed legal due diligence investigations. Prior to joining the law firm, he worked for a leading international law firm headquartered in London.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Krakow University of Economics in 2022. He also graduated with a degree in economics in 2023. During his studies Natan received the Rector’s Scholarship for top students. In 2023, he commenced his doctoral studies in the Department of Administrative Law (Doctoral School of Social Sciences).
