Błażej Pietrzyk is an attorney-at-law, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
Experience and education:
Błażej specialises in litigation, with a particular focus on proceedings involving financial institutions, construction agreements and intellectual property rights. He gained his professional experience working in Polish and international law firms. He also has experience in representing banks in disputes concerning foreign currency-indexed loans and PLN loans subject to WIBOR.
In 2014, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He became licensed to practise as an attorney-at-law in 2018.
