Jakub Nowakowski is a trainee advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the restructuring and insolvency practice.
Experience and education:
He specialises in advising in connection with court proceedings, including proceedings in the field of business, restructuring and bankruptcy law. His experience includes advising in connection with restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, including complex proceedings involving entities and consumers.
In 2024, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Lazarski University in Warsaw, during which he also provided pro bono assistance as part of the activities of the student legal clinic. In 2023, he obtained a licence to act as a mediator in out-of-court mediation proceedings.
