Michał Chyła is a certified tax advisor and a counsel in the Tax practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
He has over 20 years of experience in the field of tax, most of which has been devoted to tax issues related to the financial services and real estate industries. He has a great deal of experience in providing advisory services in connection with VAT, corporate income tax and international taxation. He is well-versed in analysing the tax consequences of products offered by banks and insurance companies, as well as in relation to a variety of issues arising in connection with the operations of financial institutions. He has participated in numerous tax reviews and tax due diligence investigations, and has provided advice in connection with transactions related to obtaining financing, asset disposals and debt trading, as well as the sale and purchase of assets included in share deals and asset deals. He also supports real estate businesses in analysing ongoing aspects of investment and development operations.
In addition to the above, Michał has participated as a speaker at conferences and training sessions devoted to tax issues related to the financial market and real estate. He is also the author of press publications regarding tax issues.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk in 2006. He qualified as a tax advisor in 2016.
