Julia Kosiniak

Julia Kosiniak is a trainee attorney-at-law, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the Financial Regulatory practice.

Experience and Education:

A specialist in regulatory law and German corporate law, she has taken part in due diligence investigations and has been involved in advising on regulatory issues. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, she gained experience in other law firms based in Warsaw and Kraków.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration (summa cum laude) and the Faculty of Philology of the Jagiellonian University. During her studies, Julia took part in the School of German Law organised by the Jagiellonian University, the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg, and the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. She is currently enrolled at the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg and is taking part in a post-graduate program in Master of Laws in German and European Law.
