Anna Olszewska

Associate

Anna Olszewska is a trainee advocate and associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

She specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on company law, anti-money laundering (AML) and general legal services for business entities. She also has experience in intellectual property law, particularly copyright law, as well as in public procurement law. She has provided legal services to a variety of business entities, which services have included drafting and reviewing contracts, and preparing procedural pleadings, resolutions and legal opinions related to day-to-day corporate operations. She has also supported companies in restructuring processes, liquidations, the formation of new organisational and legal structures, and the fulfilment of obligations under the Polish Accounting Act. Her experience in intellectual property and public procurement law was gained while working in a cultural institution.

In addition to her professional work, she volunteers her services in connection with veterinary law and animal rights protection matters as a member of the Lawyers for Animal Protection Association, where she co-creates educational content and participates in social and academic initiatives, including the 4th Animal Law Congress held in the Senate of the Republic of Poland.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2023. She is currently completing her advocate traineeship at the Warsaw Bar Association.
