Legal aspects of crypto-assets in the EU and Poland

MiCA and the Polish Implementation Act

Webinar | 23 October 2025 | 10:00 a.m. (CET)

From 30 December 2024, the EU MiCA regulation is fully applicable, regulating the issuance, public offering, and trading of selected crypto-assets, as well as the provision of related services in the European Union. Obtaining a MiCA license in one EU member state, such as Poland, allows you to provide crypto-asset services throughout the EU. Poland is not only a gateway to the EU market of over 450 million potential clients, but also a leading EU fintech hub with the largest number of registered CASPs in the EU and around 10% of Poles investing in crypto-assets.

Rymarz Zdort Maruta invites you to take part in its upcoming free webinar, during which its experts will discuss in detail issues related to the provision of crypto-asset services in the EU, with a particular focus on Poland. Rymarz Zdort Maruta is a leading law firm in Poland and the CEE region, widely recognised for advising international clients on transactions, corporate affairs, and compliance with financial and technological regulations.
