Lawyer in the Life Sciences Department

We are looking for a candidate to join our team and participate in providing comprehensive legal services to pharmaceutical, food, and medical device companies. The role involves work in the areas of contract law, marketing, regulatory affairs, and support in proceedings related to government grants, subsidies and other forms of state aid provided in relation to products developed by our clients.

Requirements:

• a university degree in law;
• at least one year of experience in providing legal services to business entities – previous cooperation with companies in the pharmaceutical or medical industries will be an asset;
• knowledge of civil and administrative law, with additional knowledge of pharmaceutical, reimbursement and/or food law being a plus;
• an interest in the Life Sciences sector and a willingness to continuously expand your expertise in this area;
• fluent and practical command of English, both spoken and written, especially with regard to legal terminology;
• strong organisational skills, accuracy, punctuality, and a high sense of responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work;
• the ability to work effectively as part of a team, availability;
• creativity and flexibility in problem-solving; and
• a high level of professionalism in relations with clients and team members.
