Karolina Bąkowska is an advocate, a counsel in the corporate department Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the Real Estate team.

Experience and education:

A specialist in real estate, civil, commercial and administrative law, she has broad expertise in investment and construction processes and zoning matters. Karolina has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, leases, and the implementation of investment processes. She has advised on dozens of major real estate transactions involving warehouses, office and retail space, and residential real properties, as well as on PRS and PBSA projects. She has performed and overseen many due diligence reviews involving real estate (including large property portfolios) and investment processes. She has also advised both lessors and lessees on the conclusion of property lease agreements.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2014 and completed her postgraduate studies in the field of investment and construction processes at Łazarski University in 2017. She qualified as an advocate in 2018.

Karolina is recommended in the field of real estate by the prestigious legal ranking publication The Legal 500. She is a finalist of the seventh edition of the Top Woman in Real Estate competition in the Legal Advisory Services category.
