Diana Sofu

Senior Associate

Diana Sofu is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

A specialist in corporate and civil law, she has worked on M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions. She advises on M&A and venture capital transactions at all stages of such transactions, including in connection with the negotiation of confidentiality agreements, term sheets, share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements, as well as other transaction documentation. She has also participated in a number of due diligence investigations of Polish companies. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked in the legal department of one of the Big4 firms, as well as for recognised Polish law firms, where she specialised in M&A and corporate law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2016 and completed an English-language course on US law organised by the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with University of Florida Levin College of Law. She qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2020.
