Urszula Zawadzka-Hawrylak is an advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources practice.
Experience and education:
A specialist in civil, commercial and administrative law, in particular, issues concerning investment and construction processes, as well as disputes in relation to construction contracts, she has experience working on complex infrastructure projects, including the construction of power plants, renewable energy installations (including offshore wind farms), railways and buildings. Urszula has taken part in several legal due diligence investigations concerning, in particular, photovoltaic and onshore wind farms. She has also co-led a number of training sessions on construction law for representatives of companies in the construction, development and energy sectors. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked for leading law firms in Poland.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2020 and completed her postgraduate studies in the field of investment and construction processes at Łazarski University in 2021. During her studies she completed a student exchange programme at Université de Liège in Belgium.
