Irmina Wątły is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, counsel in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Competition and Antitrust practice.
Experience and education:
A specialist in antitrust, consumer and corporate law, Irmina has significant experience in handling and advising on Polish and European Union competition and consumer protection matters before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the European Commission, including matters concerning merger controls, state aid, cartels and abuses of dominance. Prior to joining the law firm, Irmina spent over three years working in the Department of Concentration Control at the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
Her work includes advising companies from various industries, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, banking, transport, energy generation and distribution, real estate, food, and retail/wholesale operations.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2008 and qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2014.
