Marcin Gruszka is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, counsel in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the Banking and Finance practice.
Experience and education:
Marcin specialises in banking law, financial law, civil law and commercial law. His experience includes participation in numerous domestic and cross-border financing transactions in which he has represented leading financial institutions and borrowers in connection with corporate and asset acquisition financing, real estate financing, renewable energy financing, and total debt refinancing. Marcin prepares and negotiates financing documents (including under the LMA standard), including loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and security documents. He also prepares legal opinions, manages the process of fulfilling conditions precedent for the use of loans and performs legal examinations of documents related to financial debt.
He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2014. During his studies, he received a scholarship for his outstanding academic achievements. He also completed a course in US law at the Center for American Law Studies co-organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He qualified as an advocate in 2018.
