An internship at Rymarz Zdort Maruta is an excellent chance to kick off your professional career if you are a law student or graduate whose interests are aligned with our firm’s business profile. Interns are provided with a unique opportunity to learn what it is like working in a corporate law firm involved in cross-border transactions, to actively participate in the firm’s ongoing projects, and to gain experience working alongside the most renowned experts in various areas of the law. Internships also offer an opportunity to permanently join the team: the best performing interns will be offered a permanent position.
Each year, we invite approximately 20 students to participate in the internship program. We offer 2-month internships from June to September.
Each intern is assigned to the corporate, litigation or new technology department, depending on their area of professional interest, where they will work under the guidance of a designated mentor. The intern is also supported by an administrative supervisor.
Candidate criteria
The internship program is for:
- students who have completed their fourth or fifth year of law studies;
- students with a very high overall grade point average; and
- candidates who are fluent in English.
Recruitment tests check the candidates’ legal knowledge and fluency in English. Candidates with the best scores are invited to the second stage of the recruitment process, i.e. interviews with our associates. Final recruitment decisions are made based both on test results and interviews.
