We have been providing legal support in respect of a wide range of IT agreements for over 25 years: from implementation agreements and maintenance (SLA) and development agreements (in the last three years, among others, we have handled several dozen implementations of ERP software [SAP, Oracle, MS, Polish entities], CRM, WMS, billing, and other dedicated systems), through outsourcing agreements (including the largest Polish outsourcing contracts worth several hundred million euros), to cloud contracts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, including agreements for single-tenant e-commerce solutions as well as ERP systems – MS, SAP, Oracle, AWS and IBM).
We provide our clients with end-to-end support: from the drafting of an agreement to its negotiation. We work with both Polish and international IT service providers. In addition to understanding the specifics of the IT industry, we are distinguished by our business approach. We are solution-oriented and have the ability to identify key issues from the client’s business perspective.
In addition to drafting and negotiating agreements, we provide, at the client’s request, continuous supervision of the legal aspects of a project. Our team consists of specialists experienced in negotiating agreements with the largest Polish and international IT service providers. In this field, we have conducted projects for entities such as Enea, Energa, PGE, PGNiG, PKN Orlen, Innogy, PZU, UFG, NBP, Warta, Polkomtel, T-Mobile and InterCars.
