We are pleased to announce that thanks to our hard work and the projects on which we advised this past year, our Fintech practice has again been recognised in the 2024 edition of the Chambers FinTech Guide ranking which allowed us to move up to Band 3 and to secure an individual nomination of Michał Kulesza, a partner in charge of the FinTech & ICT Regulations practice.
Over the past year, our team has been involved in a number of complex regulatory projects in Poland. It has advised Poland’s largest banks, investment firms, investment funds, insurers, insurance agents and Fintech players.
