Adam Bandyk is a trainee attorney-at-law, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources practice.
Experience and education:
He specialises in commercial and energy law. He has experience in providing regulatory advice to entities in the energy sector, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in connection with renewable energy projects. He has taken part in numerous due diligence reviews concerning photovoltaic power plants, wind farms and energy storage facilities. Before joining our firm, he gained experience at law firms in Kraków.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2025. He also took part in a student exchange programme at the University of Cologne. During his studies, he was awarded the Rector’s Scholarship for students with outstanding academic achievements three times. He was involved in various student organisations and took part in numerous competitions. He was an active member of the Jagiellonian University Student Legal Advice Centre, where he provided pro bono legal advice to people in need.
