Adrian Więsław is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Banking & Finance practice.
A specialist in banking and finance, he has experience in advising borrowers and lenders on domestic and cross-border transactions on real estate finance, project finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance. Additionally, he is experienced in the preparation of due diligence reports, in particular with respect to banking and finance matters.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw in 2016 and qualified as an advocate in 2022.
