Agnieszka Jabłońska-Zachwieja is an advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Real Estate practice.
Experience and education:
A specialist in real estate law and administrative proceedings, she has provided legal advisory services in respect of acquisitions of real estate (including warehouses and retail parks) and has advised on lease agreements. Agnieszka has also been involved in projects concerning joint ventures. In addition, she has participated in a number of legal due diligence investigations of companies and assets.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2020, and completed a programme at the School of Austrian Law organised by the Jagiellonian University and the University of Vienna in 2019.
