Aleksander Jakubisiak is an advocate and a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in corporate law, he advises clients on M&A and private equity transactions, acting for both domestic and international clients on complex corporate and transactional matters. His area of expertise also includes advising on capital markets transactions, in respect of which he has advised issuers of securities, investment banks, and selling shareholders on public offerings and accelerated bookbuilding (ABB) transactions.
He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2019, completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge in 2018, and qualified as an advocate in 2023.
