Aleksandra Dobrzyńska-Grezel is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
She specialises in business law, company law, environmental law and intellectual property law. She has advised clients in connection with complex M&A transactions and joint ventures. She has extensive experience in advising the founders of companies on the sale of their businesses. Her experience also encompasses mergers of WSE-listed companies, corporate transformations, as well as sale transactions relating to companies operating in the fuel, energy, petrochemical, FMCG, beauty and pharmaceutical sectors. She has considerable experience in conducting due diligence investigations of companies from various sectors of the economy. She has advised issuers, selling shareholders and investment banks on all aspects of international and domestic public offerings and on the private placements of securities.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2008, also completing post-graduate studies in copyright, press and publication law at the Intellectual Property Law Institute of the Jagiellonian University. She qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2013.
