Aleksandra Jarkiewicz

Aleksandra Jarkiewicz is a bar trainee and a senior associate in the the privacy & data protection department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

Aleksandra specialises in privacy and data protection as well as e-commerce and digital marketing law. She carries out audit and implementation projects, and provides ongoing advisory services to companies, which services include DPO support and dedicated training. She assists clients in proceedings before data protection authorities, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (the Polish Data Protection Commissioner).

Aleksandra advises clients operating in the e-commerce, digital marketing, financial, insurance, IT & New Technologies and HR industries. She has many years of experience working at renowned Polish and international law firms, which included a secondment to the EMEA data protection team at a multinational organisation. She has advised and cooperated with Polish and foreign entities, including capital groups with complex structures.

Aleksandra is a graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
