Aleksandra Kabać is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a counsel in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

She specialises in civil law and company law, and has advised private equity firms and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, and has also been involved in providing legal support in connection with corporate reorganisation processes. She also provides advice on energy law, with a particular focus on matters relating to the renewable energy sector.

Prior to joining the law firm, Aleksandra worked for over two years in the corporate and real estate departments of another international law firm. She also gained experience in the legal department of a company involved in the construction of wind farms and, for almost a year, handled M&A transactions working for a major player in the renewable energy market in Europe and North America. During her studies, she completed internships in Polish law firms specialising in corporate law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2013 as well as completed a course in German law at the German Law School at the University of Warsaw co-organised by the University of Bonn. She was admitted to practice as an advocate in 2017.
