
Aleksandra Krawczyk is an advocate and a senior associate in the Privacy & Data Protection practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
Aleksandra specialises in advising Polish and foreign companies on data protection and information security, as well as on e-commerce and new technology law.
She has participated in compliance audits and drafted data protection procedures for, among others, a media group and e-commerce companies with an extensive retail sales networks. She has experience in assessing and reporting data protection breaches to regulatory authorities, and has performed projects related to the implementation and maintenance of comprehensive whistleblower protection programmes. She also handles consumer and marketing law matters and provides ongoing advisory services to IT companies. She is a certified Compliance Officer.
She gained experience in renowned Polish and international law firms, and also worked in the legal department of an industry leader in FinTech, blockchain and cryptocurrency solutions.
Aleksandra is a graduate of the University of Warsaw. She also obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mongolian and Tibetan studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw.
