Anna Wesołowska is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
A specialist in civil and corporate law, she has advised on M&A and private equity transactions, including drafting transaction documentation, as well as in connection with legal due diligence investigations. She has provided legal assistance to domestic and foreign entities, including entities in the renewable energy and defence sector. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, she worked in the corporate departments of international law firms and a renowned Polish law firm.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in 2018 and completed a Comparative Law School. She qualified as an advocate in 2022.
