Augustyna Porzucek is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the banking and finance practice.
A specialist in banking, commercial and civil law, Augustyna provides legal support in connection with finance documentation. She assists in domestic and cross-border transactions with respect to project finance, real estate finance, and acquisition finance transactions. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked in the banking and finance departments of leading international law firms based in Warsaw.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2021 and completed the student exchange program at LUMSA University in 2020.
