Augustyna Porzucek is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
A specialist in banking, commercial and civil law, Augustyna provides legal support in connection with finance documentation. She assists in domestic and cross-border transactions with respect to project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance transactions.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2021 and completed a student exchange programme at LUMSA University in 2020.
