Barbara Gawin, associate in the corporate department at Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources practice.
Barbara specializes in commercial and energy law. She has experience in providing legal advisory services in regulatory matters, as well as advising on mergers and acquisitions involving entities from the energy sector, particularly in renewable energy projects. She has participated in numerous due diligence processes in the energy sector, especially involving photovoltaic power plants, offshore and onshore wind farms, and biogas plants.
In 2024, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
