Bartłomiej Dąbrowski is a trainee advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
Experience and education:
His practice focus is on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He advises clients on a wide range of day-to-day corporate matters as well as on complex transactional processes.
He has also gained experience in the defence sector, where he has provided legal support to both public and private entities. His work in the sector has included advising on supply contracts and representing clients in administrative proceedings related to obtaining licences for the production of and trading in weapons, ammunition and explosives.
Bartłomiej graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also studied European Union Law at the University of Amsterdam, focusing on EU regulatory frameworks and the European legislative process.
