Bartłomiej Skwarliński is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Equity Capital Markets practice.
A specialist in corporate law, he has worked on equity securities transactions, including initial public offerings. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 2021, he completed an internship in the crime unit of a Big Four firm and in the trade finance department of one of the largest Polish banks, in addition to other internships and work experience programmes.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2022 and completed both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2018 and 2021, respectively.
