Bartłomiej Wachta is an attorney-at-law and a partner of Rymarz Zdort Maruta. He is the head of the Public Procurement and TMT practices.
Experience and academic work:
He specialises in public procurement law and new technologies law. Bartłomiej has represented parties before the National Board of Appeals and in court for more than a dozen years. He has more than 20 years of experience in handling IT contracts in both the private and public sectors.
He has been a lecturer at Kozminski University in Warsaw, a speaker at industry conferences, an author of numerous publications related to the legal issues associated with providing services in the IT industry and public procurement, and a co-author of new recommendations of the Public Procurement Office on the public procurement of IT systems and the public procurement of computer systems.
