Bartłomiej Wachta is an attorney-at-law, a partner of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and the head of the public procurement department.
Experience and academic work:
He specialises in public procurement law and new technologies law. Bartłomiej has represented parties before the National Board of Appeal and in court for more than a dozen years. He has more than 20 years of experience in handling IT contracts in both the private and public sector.
He has been a lecturer at the Koźmiński University in Warsaw, a speaker at industry conferences, an author of numerous publications related to the legal issues of services in the IT industry and public procurement and a co-author of the new recommendations of the Public Procurement Office on the public procurement of IT systems and on public procurement of computer systems.
