Bartłomiej Wachta is an attorney-at-law, a partner of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and the head of the public procurement department.
He specialises in public procurement law and new technologies law. Bartłomiej has represented parties before the National Board of Appeal and in court for more than a dozen years. He has more than 20 years of experience in handling IT contracts in both the private and public sector.
He has been a lecturer at the Koźmiński University in Warsaw, a speaker at industry conferences, an author of numerous publications related to the legal issues of services in the IT industry and public procurement and a co-author of the new recommendations of the Public Procurement Office on the public procurement of IT systems and on public procurement of computer systems.
Repeatedly awarded in national and international rankings such as Chambers Europe, The Legal 500 and the legal ranking prepared by Rzeczpospolita as a leader, “leading individual” in public procurement law and best lawyer in public procurement law (2016 – 2021).
