Experience and education:
He specialises in labour law, with a particular emphasis on procedural labour law and immigration law, helping employers resolve all issues related to the legalisation of the work of non-EU foreigners. He gained his previous professional experience at a boutique law firm. He focuses primarily on labour law and foreign nationals law, providing ongoing advice in respect of all employee matters, conducting court and administrative proceedings on behalf of employers, as well as advising on the employment of foreign nationals from outside the EU.
Bartosz also specialises in sports law, particularly in the area of football. In the field of sports law, his practice focuses on conducting court and arbitration proceedings on behalf of football clubs at the Ekstraklasa, I Liga and lower league levels in Poland.
Bartosz studied law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He is also the vice-chairman of the sports law section at the Warsaw Bar Association and a member of the Appeals Committee of the Polish Rugby Union.
