Dominik Adamczyk

Senior Associate

Dominik Adamczyk is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, a senior associate at Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the Employment and Personal Taxation practice.

Experience and education:

Dominik advises clients on individual and collective employment law, immigration law, and contract law. He participates in employment law projects, including those that feature matters concerning the commencement and termination of cooperation with employees and contractors, including C-suite executives. He supports employers with planning and implementing employment restructuring processes, including the transfer of employees between employers within the framework of the transfer of an undertaking. Dominik advises on M&A transactions, including due diligence processes related thereto. He develops and implements internal regulations and policies, including bonus policies, remote work policies, sobriety control policies and policies against mobbing, unequal treatment and discrimination. He assists clients with the legalisation of the stay and employment of foreigners.

Dominik advises companies from various industries, including the financial, IT, energy and pharmaceutical sectors. He also provides pro bono services in the field of employment law. In addition, he conducts training sessions for employers concerning employment law and contracts.

In 2021, Dominik qualified as an advocate. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed a course in American law at the Center for American Law at Emory University School of Law in 2017. Dominik also studied at the Faculty of Law at Dublin City University and is a graduate of The London School of Economics and Political Science. In 2013, he completed a course of studies at the Centre for Europe at the University of Warsaw.
