Dominika Pachuta

Dominika Pachuta is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and an associate in the dispute resolution department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

She specialises in litigation, including civil and business law cases. Her experience includes advising on corporate disputes, construction disputes, and contractual and tort liability issues. Dominika has advised clients on matters related to loans denominated in CHF, the protection of the personal rights of individuals and legal entities, as well as on cases involving the termination of co-ownership, acquisition by usucaption, inheritance and family matters. Dominika has extensive experience in representing clients at the pre-litigation stage, including in mediation activities, and enforcement proceedings. Before commencing her cooperation with Rymarz Zdort Maruta, Dominika worked in Polish law firms and completed internships in international law firms.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2020. During her studies, she cooperated with the Student Legal Aid Center Law Clinic, where she provided free legal advice. Dominika completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law organised by the University of Warsaw. She qualified as an advocate in 2024.
