Emilia Roszkowska is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, an associate in the corporate department at Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Financial Regulatory practice.
As a specialist in corporate law and regulatory issues regarding financial institutions, she has particular expertise in the insurance sector and finance technology. She has advised on product development and distribution, and regulatory matters concerning insurance law, including in relation to the European Commission’s Insurance Distribution Directive (the IDD). Moreover, Emilia has provided advice to various financial institutions in connection with regulatory matters and proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. She has worked on corporate reorganisations and legal due diligence investigations of companies. Her expertise also includes banking law, payment service matters, consumer protection issues, the distance selling of financial services and personal data protection.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw in 2019.
