Ewa Bober is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and the co-head of the Equity Capital Markets practice.
Experience and education:
A specialist in corporate law, with a particular focus on capital markets transactions and securities regulations, for over 19 years, Ewa has advised issuers (from many different sectors), selling shareholders and investment banks on all aspects of international and domestic public offerings and private placements of equity and listing procedures. She also provides comprehensive legal assistance to public companies, and advises clients in connection with tender offers, delistings, buy-backs and M&A transactions involving public companies.
She graduated, with distinction, from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2004, also completing a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for the Study of English and European Law at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with the University of Cambridge, and qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2010.

According to recent reports, Ewa Bober climbs up the rankings this year as a result of positive market feedback. Her experience spans ECM and public M&A transactions, encompassing shareholder exits and IPOs, representing both companies and underwriters.
