Filip Golędzinowski is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
A specialist in civil and corporate law, Filip has been involved in advising clients on M&A and private equity transactions, including M&A deals involving public companies, and corporate governance matters. He has also taken part in a number of legal due diligence investigations.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in 2022. During his studies, Filip was awarded a rector’s scholarship for outstanding students on four separate occasions. In 2022, he was also awarded the Scholarship of the Polish Minister of Education and Science for significant scientific achievements. Filip has participated in student exchange programmes at the University of Antwerp (Universiteit Antwerpen) and at the University of Milan (Università degli Studi di Milano), and has also completed a research stay at the University of Marburg (Universität Marburg). In 2024, he completed a course on American law co-organised by Columbia Law School, the University of Amsterdam, and Leiden University, held in Amsterdam.
He was a Duke Law Merit Scholarship recipient at Duke University School of Law, where he earned an LL.M., with a specialisation in business law in 2025.
He was a participant of the XVI edition of the Capital Market Leaders Academy organised by the Lesław A. Paga Foundation, and has commenced his doctoral studies at the Civil Law Department of the University of Warsaw (Doctoral School of Social Sciences).
