Filip Golędzinowski is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in civil and corporate law, he has been involved in advising clients on M&A and private equity transactions, including M&A deals involving public companies, and corporate governance matters. He has also taken part in a number of legal due diligence investigations.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in 2022. During his studies, Filip was awarded a rector’s scholarship for outstanding students on four separate occasions. He was also awarded the Scholarship of the Polish Minister of Education and Science for significant scientific achievements. Filip participated in student exchange programmes at the University of Antwerp (Universiteit Antwerpen) and at the University of Milan (Università degli Studi di Milano), as well as completed a research stay at the University of Marburg (Philipps-University). He was a participant of the XVI edition of the Capital Market Leaders Academy organised by the Lesław A. Paga Foundation.
He commenced his doctoral studies at the Civil Law Department of the University of Warsaw in 2022 (Doctoral School of Social Sciences).
