Gabriela Kingston is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Gabriela specialises in corporate law and M&A transactions. She advises clients on day-to-day corporate matters and participates in M&A projects, coordinating and conducting legal due diligence reviews and assisting in the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents.
She holds degrees in law and sinology earned as part of the Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw (summa cum laude). During her studies, she spent a semester studying law at the National Taiwan University in Taipei.
