Hanna Szczepańska-Rowicka

Hanna Szczepańska-Rowicka is a trainee attorney, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team.

Experience and education:

A specialist in corporate law and capital market regulations, she has advised Polish and foreign clients on M&A transactions and public offerings of securities, including transactions involving shares in public companies such as tender offers, squeeze-outs and buybacks, and has conducted legal due diligence reviews of public and non-public companies. She also supports issuers of securities in connection with proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Warsaw Stock Exchange, provides day-to-day advice on corporate activities and disclosure obligations of public companies, and assists companies applying for the admission of securities to trading on the regulated market.

In 2023, she graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She also completed the “Law and Economics of the Capital Market” postgraduate programme at the Warsaw School of Economics. Since January 2024, she has been a trainee attorney at the Warsaw Bar Association.
