Jakub Giedronowicz is a member of the Competition/Antitrust practice in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
A specialist in competition law, he has handled matters concerning consumer protection, merger controls and state aid. He has been a member of several teams conducting complex due diligence projects. Before joining the firm, he gained experience in several law firms in Warsaw.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2025), as well as the Spanish Law School organised by the University of Warsaw, co-organised by the University of Murcia (2024). He is currently a student of the British Law Centre organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge (2025). He received the Rector’s scholarship during his studies.
