Jakub Krzemień is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Jakub specialises in corporate law, M&A transactions and infrastructure projects. He advises clients, namely domestic and international companies and funds, in connection with transactions involving acquisitions, joint ventures and divestments concerning assets from a variety of industries, including the renewable energy sector, logistics and IT. His experience includes advising on a number of key transactions, particularly in the energy sector.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2006, also completing a course in US law organised in cooperation with the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. In addition, he completed postgraduate studies in company law at the University of Warsaw in 2012. Jakub qualified as an advocate in 2011.
