Jan Otłowski is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
Experience and education:
He specialises in advising in connection with court proceedings in civil and commercial law matters, as well as in providing legal services to business entities. Jan’s experience encompasses commercial, restructuring, and bankruptcy proceedings, with a particular focus on cases involving financial institutions.
In 2025, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the War Studies University in Warsaw. During his studies, he was actively involved in a scientific society, for which he was repeatedly awarded the Dean’s Prize of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the War Studies University. He received the Rector’s Award for his contributions to the University, and was also a three-time recipient of the Rector’s Scholarship.
