Joanna Ksepko is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
She specialises in civil and corporate law, with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions. She has experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and has participated in due diligence reviews. She has advised both domestic and international clients, including in connection with distressed M&A transactions.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw in 2017 and completed a student exchange programme at the Universidade de Coimbra. Joanna was admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association as an advocate in 2021.
