Experience and education:
He specialises in advising in connection with court proceedings, including proceedings in the fields of business, restructuring and bankruptcy law. His experience includes advising in connection with restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, including complex proceedings involving entities and consumers. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, he worked in public administration in Warsaw, where he provided comprehensive legal services.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also studied at L’Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata, Università degli Studi di Genova, and Università degli Studi di Firenze as an exchange student.
