Kacper Królikowski is an associate and a member of the Employment and Personal Taxation team at Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
A specialist in labour law, Kacper has participated in numerous projects, providing employment-related advice relating to, among other things, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, and transfers of workplace establishments. He advises on designing employment structures and structuring remuneration systems for key employees, and drafts bespoke agreements for key personnel. He provides clients with ongoing support on individual and collective employment laws. Kacper has also supported clients in collective disputes with trade unions and in suitability assessment processes for management in the banking sector. He advises on whistleblowing matters and was certified as an Approved Whistleblowing Officer by the Polish Compliance Institute in April 2023.
Kacper graduated with a degree in law from the University of Warsaw in 2021. During his studies, he was active in the Labour Law Scientific Association, of which he was president.
